BY INVITATION...
Thank you for honouring my recent invitations. I hope you have left this latest series more accepting of your life as is, empowered to take positive action. Continue to challenge all your assumptions, dropping the idea that life is fair. Stop complaining about what you do not like and instead take a pause and understand your feelings. By valuing your opinion, you can choose to reach for a thought that moves you up the ladder, in the direction of joy. What if you dropped all expectations and lived in the moment? What if you picked up the pieces and restored the whole? What if you could find the humour in the most trying of times? Life is always inviting you to experience and evolve. Will you accept?
DISTINCTIONS
We have explored many topics; each one designed to create awareness and to expand how you see yourself, experience yourself and express yourself in the world. The next series will focus on distinctions. Distinctions are the precise variations in the words we use. I know that clients are intrigued by the emphasis I place on understanding if the words they are using are an accurate reflection of their thoughts and feelings and if they are leading them in the direction they want to go. I often suggest a different word because understanding the nuances in your language has the power to enrich your life. Why? Because the words you choose indicate your beliefs, your interpretation and your intention. They are the bridge between thought and form. If your words fall short and are unclear, the pathway between the problem and the solution cannot be traversed.

Distinctions do not necessarily follow dictionary definitions but examine the unique way in which words convey true intentions and inform action. It is also important to note that one word is not bad and the other good, distinctions simply point out the fact that one word may be more effective or enriching compared to its counterparts. Test them out for yourself and see if you can be true to your words.

Great write up.I find it awe inspring how you can take your series of blogs and write a paragraph that links it all together. I print these off so I can read them as a reminder of who I know I am.
I am looking forward to your next series as I have looked at distinctions and been amazed how changing one word gives you a different outlook on something or gives your feeling more value to yourself or to someone else.
