INVENTORY OF 2014'S TOOLBOX

Many of us have habitual routines and practices but the key is to make sure that what we do on a regular basis is supportive to our immediate and long-term peace. Do you have tools that you can rely on, use and trust each day, especially in a time of crisis? This is a summary of ten tools for your toolbox, this year and beyond and my encouragement that you shape and shift them according to what you need and what works for you. This is the beauty of your own personal toolbox – you can add, remove and use what serves, inspires and guides you. I can say, that becoming aware of what centers you and empowers you is a prudent investment in your day-to-day experience and the future you are creating.

HERE IS A RECAP:

Embrace presence because in this space you can listen compassionately to your own voice, your own needs and to what is true for you. Valuing your own opinions over others, allows you to drive your train of thoughts in the direction you want to go. Going in before you go out and connecting with your values, you now let go, thereby simplifying and eliminating anything that steers you away from your path. With a beginner's mind, you are open to new perspectives and possibilities allowing you to think big, but your voice and words infuse the now, as you talk small and act immediately seizing this moment and living your life On Purpose.
